Always Early is Always On Time
Please encourage students to start logging in at least 5 minutes before their session is scheduled to start. Remind them that they can receive 2 Wooten dollars for logging in early, 2 for completing their session, and 1-2 for participation and performance. They can spend their earnings at semester-end in our Wooten Dollar Store featuring gifts from Amazon.
Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule a session, call 323-756-7203. Leave a message if the call goes to voice mail. Parents may be charged $5 per session missed without notice or cause such as a family emergency that prevented a phone call. If the student is responsible for the miss, they may have to attend one session without earning Wooten Dollars before they can start earning them again. Thank you to our parents for the suggestions on consequences for missed sessions!
Be Safe
To block unwanted visitors, Zoom will place students in a waiting room until the tutor opens the door. For online safety, please remind students to not give their phone or other personal information to anyone.
