All volunteers will participate in an interview to discuss your heart and interests, and an orientation to discuss our volunteer opportunities and policies and procedures.

 

For volunteers interested in tutoring, the interview will include a demonstration of your teaching skills in math or English language arts. It will also include training in using our i-Ready diagnostics and lessons.

When can you start?

​

Volunteers can start after completing our interview and orientation, plus teaching demonstration and training. All volunteers must also pass background, child abuse, and reference checks. The process should take two ore more weeks.
